Please contact Neil Cross for further information Dear Club Reps We are looking to establish if there is sufficient interest in running a Referee Workshop within Cheshire. The workshop is normally run by qualified England Squash & Racketball instructors and takes place on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. The workshop is the first stage to becoming a referee for those who may wish to take it further. Attendance at the workshop and successful completion of the referee’s exam will qualify anyone as a Club grade Referee. Club Grade referees are qualified to referee Junior Club Matches, Leagues and events as well as qualified to referee all club matches leagues and events. For those not interested in progressing further as a referee, it will still provide guidance on how to mark more effectively on a Thursday evening at league matches. Please can you pass this opportunity to your club members and let me know if there is any interest in running the course. Dates for any course(s) will be published if there is the interest.
